Firstly, I just wanted to say that my lovely wife has managed to secure us a couple of tickets to go and see The Police play on their reunion tour at the Millenium in Cardiff in October. I am very excited about this as I was a little young to appreciate them first time round but having developed an appreciation of the music of both The Police and Sting this promises to be a sweet day out!
Secondly, Mario and Sonic are to appear in a video game together for the first time. Called Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games (mmm, catchy) it is being touted at the opportunity to finally see whether Sonic or Mario is the better character. My money is on Sonic.
Oh, we also now have a new lodger called Andy. He has just got back from two years in China and needed a place to crash so he is at ours for a few months. So far it seems to be going well (three days and counting), he has regailed us with tales of eating dog and fried wasps and seems to be constantly amazed by the size of our telly.
Roooooxxxxxxxxxaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnneeeeeee *ahem* thats my Police out the way.
Right your lodger, is it someone you know or did you advertise your room? I might need a lodger for a few months you see and wondered if you had any tips, cheers dude.

Our lodger is a friend so we didn’t have to advertise. The only tip I can give you is don’t let the room to anyone called Hannibal.

Yes Happy feet was for my son but maybe if you’re drunk enough you might enjoy it. Nudge me if you are!
