It’s Drying Out (Almost)

Saturday saw Trayl and I head for Leckhampton on two wheels again (well, we had more than just two wheels, we managed to find frames and forks and all the other bit needed to build a bike). As far as cardiovascular fitness is concerned we are not exactly going to win any medals but we did have a great time.

Trayl waters the wildlife

Our route took us over the back of Leckhampton and down past the Golf Club. I managed not to fall of into a thorn bush (yay me) although I did - and I know this may come as a shock - get a puncture (which I still haven't fixed). We also weren't quite covered head-to-toe in cack so it must be getting close to spring. Maybe.

Is that bike too small?

Check out Trayl's wheel reflectors - I think they came out of a Corn Flake packet. Also, in that picture it looks like he's riding a childs bike. How odd.

We were both pretty knackered on Saturday night - I nearly feel asleep into my buffet at The Real China and Trayl failed to spend quality awake time with Nina.

Sunday started with Church and then we had open house at ours so there were about 15 of us all eating together, which was nice.

In the evening I only managed to watch one of the double-bill of 24 that was on telly before resigning myself to sleep. This jet-setter lifestyle will be the death of me…

For one glorious moment I thought that Trayl had spokeydokes on his wheels!! Ahhhh…. Sweet corn flak-u-lar memories!! I used to have spokeydokes, a cockrel with a reflector on its tummy (corn flakes) and some rival reflector from frosties!!

I had the cockerel-reflectors too! Man, we must have looked so cool

    You still do Olly.

    Even without the reflectors?

  5. Trayl Says:

Just so you all know - now that my fantastic corn-flake box reflectors have been brought to my attention, I will be ceremoniously removing them to avoid being bullied by all you Jade Goody’s! ;-)

Is he taking a leak? He would fit right in here in Belgium.
