Pink PS2 Unveiled

The new Pink PS2This morning Sony Computer Entertainment Europe have unveiled their new pink Playstation 2. It will go on sale in Europe on November the 8th at about £130 for the console, two pink controllers and a pink memory card. It'll also come with "SingStar Pop", whatever that might be.

I think it looks pretty cool and I reckon Anne is secretly coveting one.

Or not.

Slightly more detail can be found at MCV.

Admit it you want one yourself, so you can be a pretty pink sing star. We all know you love to belt out a classic Kylie hit or two :-p

I do think it is oddly cool. :P

Sadly - that date is my birthday.

And now that Sony have released that date, nintendo are very unlikely to release the Wii close to then.

    huff

Apparently they are launching a Pink PSP (link) too on Oct 27th as well as dropping the price of the standard PS2 to 95 squids this week (link). Sony will be on the offensive then.

Well I think it is AMAZING!! Won’t be buying one though… Singstar is classic!! It is like singing into a hairbrush, only it makes a bit of noise back at you… It is like a glorified karaoke toy - it is particularly good if you link it up to the eye-toy (little camera) and then you get to see how stupid you look! Pink rules!

  6. Sara Says:

    i want the pink psp

  7. Owen Says:

You are only allowed one if you give me your NintendoDS first. That’s the rules here in Europe.

  8. Owen Says:

Man, now the DSlite is going pink on the same day as the PSP! (link)
