Techno-Failure
Due to circumstances beyond my control (and the ineptitude of Bulldog), my broadband has disappeared. It'll be about a week before it’s back. In that time, please don't send me any mails with large attachments as I don't really want to download them over dial-up.
Once I'm back, I'll let you know but needless to say that this site will probably be quiet and I won't be chatting via MSN.
I hate telecomms companies. I feel like I've lost an arm or something - very odd.
Ah, wonderful
You’re welcome to pop over and use ours if you like. We might even have a free ethernet port on the router.

February 26th, 2006 at 8:07 pmOlly - thanks for the offer. Hopefully I can get by on dial-up this week for e-mail etc. Apparently I will be back on fast internet on Saturday.
Sara - I can’t help but notice the irony too!
February 27th, 2006 at 9:47 amI’d second Olly. If you need somewhere with a connection for the week, you’re more than welcome.
February 27th, 2006 at 10:29 am….to use ours as well!
February 27th, 2006 at 10:30 amThe ethernet connection on our laptop has broken, so you’re welcome to come round and use ours if you want. Or just use a really really long cable. You could send one end of it to us in the post to save you the jouney. The other altenative is to do everything else in slow motion. That way you won’t notice how slow you’re dial up is.
February 27th, 2006 at 12:20 pmI already work in slow motion, just ask any of my clients!
February 27th, 2006 at 3:28 pmThe older Pigeon Tranfer Protocl has been updated. The new B2P (Back to Pigeons) uses the newer Wi-Fly technology:
